• No Refund for Completed Courses: Once a course is completed, no refund will be issued.
• Refund Requests Must Be Within 7 Days: Students can request a refund within 7 days of enrollment.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days to the original payment method.
• Non-Refundable Fees: Registration fees, exam fees, and administrative charges are non-refundable.

2.2 Workshops & Short-Term Programs
• No refunds are allowed for workshops, boot camps, or short-term courses (valid only for paid courses).
• If a workshop is canceled by Laaksh Tech Technologies, students will receive a full refund or a rescheduled session.
2.3 Refund for Installment Payments
• If a student has paid via installments, only the first installment is eligible for a refund (if requested within 7 days).
• No refund is given for future unpaid installments if the student discontinues the course.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, students must:

2. Provide the payment receipt, student ID, and reason for refund.
3. Our team will review the request within 5 business days and notify the student of the decision.
4. Exceptions & Special Cases
• Medical emergencies: Students facing serious health issues may be eligible for a partial refund or course rescheduling (medical proof required).
• Force Majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.): Refunds will be provided based on management discretion.
